Had a horrible experience i have been with them for almost 30years. I need help and they told me 8 days and refused to give me the name of anyone else. I have told my children and grandchildren about this.
I have a heart murmur and am elderly my house is 30 degrees I am not able to wait 8 days. I made 2 calls and someone from a diffrent company will be coming tomorrow or Sunday.
All 12 of us will never deal with this company again.

We have used First Call before and always feel confident with their work and professionalism.
First Call just installed our High-Efficiency (96%) Furnace and new Central AC and did a great job leaving everything clean and tidy after the installation. Not an easy thing to do when we received nearly 6 inches of new snow during the install.
The new furnace is working nicely but we will not be trying the AC till next spring.

I choose First Call Plumbing and Heating by reading the reviews. They were prompt to reply and I had a technician here the next day! He was very professional and respectful. He took his outdoor shoes off every time he came In to go downstairs. Made sure the drains I was concerned about were cleaned out well and running well before leaving! He did an awesome job cleaning up after the job was done .
