We had a minor sewage backup in our basement. Old house. The crew came and were very friendly and helpful. Working in old houses can be a challenge, but they were professional and the price was more than fair. We will definitely call them again.

We have used First Call before and always feel confident with their work and professionalism.
First Call just installed our High-Efficiency (96%) Furnace and new Central AC and did a great job leaving everything clean and tidy after the installation. Not an easy thing to do when we received nearly 6 inches of new snow during the install.
The new furnace is working nicely but we will not be trying the AC till next spring.

Service was great. Able to come same day as call made. Checked on what the problem was, got to work and had it completed in about 30 minutes. Guys were friendly and answered any questions that I had. Thanks Jeff and Will.
