We experienced a difficult kitchen sink plug and Andrew and Sheena from Unplug were able to get it unclogged. Fantastic service, courteous and explained their process, including having to do a second round to get it done. Left our home space clean and super affordable under the circumstances. Thank you! We have 3 kids under 5, the stomach flu, a blocked sewage drain and a big mess in our basement. Andrew and Sheena were over so quickly to help! They stayed until they were sure everything was back up and running the way it was supposed to. Thank you so much!

My initial call to clear lines and get sewage off my floor was put off for 2 days and then had to call back and did not receive a call when I could expect them. When asked if they were coming or if they could reccomend another service they hung up on me.
2 years ago they were very good but service has obviousely deteriorated.

Third Plunmbers I called to try to clear a drainage issue in my new home. Showed up within 3 hours of being called and spent two hours working hard to make sure that the water didn't just drain once but drained definitely.
