I've had Adam come by my condo twice now and he's provided quick, honest, and excellent work. Rates are good. There's tremendous value in knowing a company I can call and trust.

Don’t believe the 4.5 overall rating. Smith Plumbing and Heating is 10 stars out of 5! Anybody that understands plumbing knows that Smith is one of the most reputable companies in the city. That is why we chose to go with Smith Plumbing and Heating for our furnace install and heat pump. The workmanship is professional, their tin work was immaculate and the furnace and heat pump looks very neat and well installed. On top of this, we just noticed while painting our laundry room, we had a ball valve that leads to the outside sprinklers that had failed and drip’s outside continuously, it had nothing to do with the scope of work that Smith was doing but they rerouted their attention, cut out the old ball valve, soldered in a new one and didn’t even mention it or look for recognition. They saw something was wrong, fixed it and we just noticed it this evening. We had very high expectations from Smith but they still managed to blow our expectations out of the water. We were also getting a harmless message on our thermostat this evening so we sent Tommy an email as we did not want to bother them after hours because it was not anything urgent, 5 mins later at 7 at night, we received a call from Tommy the owner, and his son Nathan had it fixed this evening. It wasn’t due to their install, it was just an annoying error on the thermostat. Smith Plumbing is very affordable without sacrificing quality of work and professionalism. Brenda in the office had a great line of communication while setting up and throughout our furnace and heat pump installation. Smith is a well oiled machine, that exceeds expectations and should not be looked past for any of your plumbing and heating needs. We are grateful to have Smith serving us and our communities plumbing needs.

We had an issue with our old heater (fan kept kicking in at all hours of the night) and were recommended to try Smith. Couldn't have asked for a nicer tech, especially given he was on time, polite, and took the time to explain that there really was nothing wrong (the furnace was just pushing out residual warm air), so he made a small adjustment and went on his way. Cheaper call-out rate than everyone else I have called before. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
