Roto rooter came to do some snake work and the person that came to do it was useless. The guy complained the whole time and kept telling me how hard it would be and also complained when i told him to put clean shoes on inside. We used a different company and this younger guy did both snakes no problem and no complaining. Wouldn't recommend these guys after this experience. And i will be letting others know not to use this company for any of there problems, have heard many others similar stories from other people about this company would strongly not recommend this company.

The gentleman who came over was courteous, and quickly found and fixed the problem. Before leaving, he made sure everything was clean and tidy and ensured the sink was draining as it should.

We needed our lines snaked due to a major clog. They answered the phone first ring and were able to come within a couple of hours. Very friendly and professional. Reasonably priced too especially for the quick turnaround.

Can’t say enough how happy we were with Rodger from Roto-Rooter. Quick responses, very professional. And over all a great guy. They will be the company we call for any future issues.

Had a man come in twice in a day and was really good and time wise phenomenal and really good awesome guy will request for him in the future
