Mr Rooter gave us a quote that seemed on the high side, but we needed it done. Then found it only took 5 hours total, making the hourly rate over $400. I almost wouldn't have minded but then I had to go in after, finish and caulk the edges, clean up a mess and put reveal mouldings on. One wouldnt mind spending the money if the job was 100% done. Does anyone do good work at a decent price anymore?
Photos: 1. shower pan came open on 3 sixes so one side showing needed to be closed in. Asked them to use piece of shower wall supplied to finish it, said it was not in their purview. 2. Other facing edge left uncaulked. 3. Icame in next day to close in, finsh and caulk both showing edges in about 30 mins. 4. Part of mess left under work area.

We had 2 other locally owned companies come out and try to clear our stack that vents out the roof. The stack was completely plugged with shale.
The first company put a camera down the stack and said he couldn’t clear it out and wanted to cut the stack from the bottom without reinforcing the top. When I asked him about reinforcing the stack he said oh ya I never thought of that. His invoice $388.00
The second company that came, reviews indicate he is an expert with anything sewer, he was too scared to go on the roof and didn’t come inside to check the stack from the clean out at the bottom. He didn’t charge us anything but he left us unsure of what we could do or who to call.
We called Mr Rooter, Matthew came out and cleaned and cleared the stack and got everything venting properly again. He put his camera down the stack and the sewer line, to the front yard, to ensure everything was clear. Invoice $290.00.
Mr Rooter is now my go to for any plumbing and sewer issues in the future and I will be requesting Matthew each time. Thanks Matthew, you’re a God send!

Mr Rooter was hired to resolve some drainage issues in my condo. Previous plumbers could not resolve these issues. So Mr Rooter was recommended. Next day Mr Rooter arrived. Very quickly the issues were identified. Mr Rooter then proceeded to solve the problem. The technician was very organized and wasted no time. The toilet was removed and replaced. The work efficiently completed. I was very impressed. Within 1 hour all work done. There was no mess or water on floor. Great project. I recommend Mr Rooter for any drainage problems in condo or house. 5 stars.

Kim from Mr. Rooter did a great job! When he encountered poor fittings and a drain that needed extra parts he made it work. I am super happy with the results.
