On the first -40 degree day of the winter, my furnace gave out in my 100 year old drafty house on a Sunday afternoon. It got very cold very fast. Mesa Mechanical actually reached out TO ME before I even had the chance to ask around for quotes, which was within hours of putting the word out that I was experiencing a furnace disaster.
Boys were in there the next morning moving the old furnace out and putting the new one in. The quote was less than most, and I had heat in my house before 24 hours had passed, AND they installed new tin above the furnace to fit better, AND installed coils to get AC put in down the road, all at the same time.
Highly, highly recommend.

We've called on Mesa Mechanical a few times now, and have been consistently impressed. Spencer has responded quickly, and is straightforward in his inspection and giving us our options, along with his suggestions. He has finished work faster than originally planned, and even reduced the original, quoted price. On one occasion, he even gave us instruction to fix a smaller problem ourselves, without charging us.

I had a number of ongoing plumbing issues at a property that no one else seemed to be able to address. Spencer was able to quickly assess the problems and promptly complete all the necessary repairs. He really went above and beyond to make this stress free for me and my tenants. His communication throughout the job was excellent. The pricing was fair and final bill came in lower than the estimate, which is always nice! Highly recommend Spencer and will call him for any future needs.

Spencer and the plumbing technician that came to my place were excellent and I can't recommend them enough. Just over a week ago, our shower arm broke spraying water all over our bathroom and our laundry room on the other side of the wall. We were frustrated and scared because we knew how much plumbing repairs typically cost and when we started phoning around we found most places didn't have any technicians available until early the next week. When I phoned Spencer, he told me to send him my information and he would get back to me as soon as he could.
Ten minutes later, he sent me a text saying he could have a plumber over in half an hour. The plumber, Landon, arrived on time and made quick work of the job all while being friendly and professional. The problem was fixed only an hour and a half from the incident happening and it ended up costing me so much less than I had feared. I can't say enough how much I appreciate Mesa Mechanical as they took a bad day and turned it around in very little time. I recommend Mesa Mechanical to everyone that I know that needs any plumbing services as they do great work for a great work.
