Our hot water heater only gave us small issues since we installed it . But the other morning my wife said that the hot water was less than hot in the shower.
After I inspected it I found an error code and called the company that installed. Unfortunately they were so booked solid I was gonna have to wait two to three weeks for a plumber. I called Leah and the person tried to see if they could squeeze in an appointment the same day and worst case set an appointment for the next morning.
Unfortunately no way to see us the same day but promptly today I received a text message that Josh was on his way.
Josh evaluated the situation and gave me options. His recommendation was to teplace the unit. I had hoped for a repair but trusted him. He said he would put in close to a $100 of parts into the old unit so we would have hot water til they could come back with the new one. After a short time he broke the news athat the one part didn’t help so he replaced a few more and still could not light the pilot. So instead of just leaving us without hot water, he went to the shop and picked up the replacement and installed the same day. He had to cancel the rest of his appointments but he wasn’t gonna leave us with no hot water. While I’m not excited about the fact we had to spend way more money than. Expected, I am happy that I was dealing with a stand up guy who gave real advise not just to upsell but to give me the option not to waste money on a repair that would not extend the life of the older water heater. The entire experience is why I give 5 stars. Unlike the company who just couldn’t even service something they sold to me

The service with this company has always been great! This last time, the two technicians who came, Shanda and Mauricio, worked all day fixing all the things, zipping out for parts when challenges arose and were very knowledgeable, polite and friendly, explaining the updates as they went along. Professional and personable both! Great work! Would recommend 100%

My review is for the technicians Shanda and Josh who were very professional and knowledgeable. I truely appreciate an honest tradesperson. They went above and beyond to help me out with an old plumbing system, and my high expectations were met. If you were to hire this company I would recommend asking for this duo. Thank you.

Thank you to Leah the plumber for their quick and efficient replacement for my sump pump and expansion tank. They checked everything else out eg water heater, toilets, water pressure, looked for possible leaks etc. I will be getting a new water heater but putting that off until summer. The 2 guys were very knowledgeable and were able to do everything in a timely manner. Thanks again!

5 stars for Leah and her team! Excellent customer experience. Next day service to assess the concerns with my water heater. Followed by replacement the next day. Lacey was amazing at getting things scheduled quickly and keeping you up to date. Honest, reliable and pleasant team!
