I can’t say enough great things about Justin and his team at Lance Wagner Plumbing and Heating! Customer service is something to be amazed about these days in the industry!!! Absolutely Fantastic!!
I had a hot water tank replaced in March. (My last tank, when installed had hoses just droopingly attached to valves which caused leaking I had to continually fix.) While Lance Wagner’s team came in and installed the hot water tank and replaced the valves and made piping all tight and tidy, securing them to the floor boards which is how pride in service is meant to be. Plus noticed and fixed all the leaks from previous piping! They listened to my needs and gave me informative feedback back as well as great advice and Very affordable cost compared to other quotes I’d been given.
With such great service in March I ended up getting a new furnace and electrical panel installed this fall by Justin and am so pleased with how quick the service was provided when I was ready for the install.
The cost was very reasonable and I am now saving huge on my hydro bills with the new furnace! Here’s a comparison just from this Octobers heating vs last years 20yr old furnace!!
Thank you to all at Lance Wagner Plumbing and Heating for restoring my faith in being able to call for service when needed and not being raked over the coals with charges. The customer service is 💯% plus!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. When my furnace had an issue, I called this company and they sent a technician. After checking, he told me that my furnace pressure switch was bad. I agreed to replace it and paid $196.96 for the part.
However, within 2 hours, the same problem happened again. I called the company back, and they sent the technician again. This time, he told me that now the circuit board is bad.
Before ordering the circuit board, I called the company to confirm the cost, and they gave me a total bill of $834.24 — $196.96 for the part and $637.28 for labor and gas.
The issue is still not resolved, and now they are again asking for more money for another part and labor. This is very unprofessional and disappointing.
I do not recommend this company.

We recently had an Air Conditioner installed at our new home and we chose to use Lance Wagner based on a recommendation from a friend.
The communication was great, turn around time was quick, and the install was done efficiently. We are very pleased with the service we received from Maureen, and Justin. Both are very knowledgeable and happy to answer all of our questions!
Definitely recommend, and will be using Lance Wager again for our plumbing and heating needs!

We've been using Lance Wagner P&H for a few years now after disastrous/rude/and shoddy service from another company. Lance Wagner offers different options, explained things that no one else had ever taken the time to explain or point out, and is very friendly. Fast fast service, too.

We moved to Brandon last year and Lance Wagner was our 3rd try at a plumber, if I could go back in time they'd be our first. Great communication, showed up when expected and was able to diagnose & fix our sump pump problem quickly.
Will be our first & only choice for all our plumbing & AC needs from now on.
