Had BH&P do duct cleaning for us and clean out our dryer vent. The men who showed up were extremely professional and courteous. They worked quickly and efficiently and we are extremely pleased with the service. I would highly recommend this business.

May be BHP sent a tick-tock video or reel maker instead of technician. He came made a short video/reel of the electric pump and told to wait for the quote, no reply received. After waiting 2-3 weeks, followed up for the quote, at BHP no one knows about it. And surprisingly BHP sent me an invoice mentioning that “the customer did not want to proceed with replacement”. Sent an email to the Manager and waiting for the reply. Not received any replay yet after couple of weeks. May be busy with making new videos/reels or watching it !!!

When you call a plumbing company for house repair issues, you'd think they knew what they were doing.....NOT!
1.New 5000.00 plus Furnace replacement - gas leak , they want paid 170.00 to fix their work.
2.Clothing dryer -New venting in attic 1000.00 for inproper installation and not enough sloping on the piping ,causing major water damage to the ceiling insulation and drywall on the ceiling. I called BPH to fix ASAP as it was ice and water mess in my attic . They called me back a week later said they forgot our call .So I called and paid another company to fix their poor installation as I was very worried about further damage.
3. Tree root sewer cleaning over past seven years , some times twice a year done wrong. Recently Tech said they only cleaned line to 65 ft. As their computer system told them that's as far as they needed to clean our sewer line .The last time they did it, one week later it was blocked again.
I asked other plumbers how far should they go down sewer line and was told at least 110 feet. I called BPH and advised the job they just did last week was still plugged.Tech came and thought he cleaned line out as per notes from his office computer system ( clean to 65 ft ). He thought my roof vent was plugged and not the sewer line.He poured water down roof vent and flooded floor in other bathroom. He finally cleared sewer line to 90 feet and the line cleared , amazing he still didn't go to the 110 feet.
Anyway( PROS ), think not !!!

We had Kevin and his apprentice come to the house to move and install new microwave venting, that was wrongly installed by previous owners! Thank you for getting this done so promptly! Definitely will recommend
